Zoning Article 1 – Village Centers Overlay District (VCOD): Amend Zoning Bylaw Section 414 – Village Centers Overlay District (VCOD) to allow for zoning relief for maximum front yard setbacks from Route 28 to be via a Special Permit rather than a Variance (Section 414.6.4); and add Special Permit criteria for front yard setback requirements related to land takings or permanent easements taken as part of Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Route 28 corridor improvement projects (Section 414.3.3).
